Wa…. well its been a long time since Ive updated my site! For many years it has been a dream of mine to go to Cuba and in January I arrived in Havana ready to absorb whatever came my way. What a journey its been since then. From Cuba to Mexico, Guatemala to El Salvador and into Colombia. Here are a few moments to share with you:

In Santiago de Cuba with friends I met that I can now call family.

Me pasólo genial anoche. Tocando para un público muy lindo con dos músicos increíbles, David Shea y Pablo Quintana. Gracias a El Hogarte de Vegueta por tenerme en tu sitio tan especial y al público por tu gran onda

What a beautiful night with an amazing crowd in Vegueta, Las Palmas. Thanks to El Hogarte and the incredible musicians David Shea and Pablo Quintana that performed with me. It was truly special – good energy flowing all round x

From Galicia the tour continued into along the coast with a busy line up of gigs from Asturias and finishing in Bilbao. Thanks everyone for for such a warm welcome in Spain! Here´s a few photos from the gigs!

Exploring the Picos de Europa en route!

Its been an amazing tour so far. Each gig has been really special and we’ve met some incredible people and seen some beautiful places along the way. Here are some photos from Portugal into Spain.

Peneda Geres National Park Performing in Porto, Portugal

Gig in Vigo, Galica. Fantastic gig but we arrived the day of the fires in North Portugal and Galicia and left the gig driving through a smoke filled Vigo with forrest fires on every mountainside on the road to Ourence.

Rio Sacra, Galicia. A few days between gigs with my friend Elena in the Rio Sacra, a beautiful part of Galica, inland from Ourence.

Portugal has been wonderful so far! The first show was in Fabrica Braco de Prata, an amazing venue that was once a weapons factory and now an art and music centre in the port of Lisboa. Thanks Luis Reis for the photo!

After exploring Lisbon we have taken to the road to make the most of the countryside before the next show. The majestic Sintra castles a train/ride away from Lisbon, the stunning coastline of beautiful beaches and fishing villages of Ericeira, huge waves of Nazare, medieval town of Obidos and mountains of Parque National Penedes Geres. Here are some photos of the journey so far!
